When Pitta is balanced, one may feel confident, intelligent, and focused. When it is imbalanced, one may experience symptoms such as irritability, acid reflux, and rashes.
Kapha is responsible for structure and is associated with the elements of earth and water. It governs functions such as growth, lubrication, and stability. When Kapha is balanced, one may feel stable, grounded, and peaceful. When it is imbalanced, one may experience symptoms such as congestion, weight gain, and sluggishness.
In Ayurveda, it is believed that each individual has a unique combination of the doshas, and maintaining balance among them is essential for overall health and well-being.
