Food For Pitta Kapha Dosha

In Ayurveda, it is believed that everyone has a unique balance of three doshas, or energies, called vata, pitta, and kapha. Each dosha is associated with different physical and emotional characteristics, and is believed to be influenced by certain lifestyle and dietary choices.
