Kapha Masala

Kapha masala is a spice blend used in Indian cuisine. It is typically made with a mixture of aromatic spices, such as cumin, coriander, fennel, and cardamom, as well as pungent spices like black pepper and ginger. The blend is said to have a warming, grounding effect on the body and is often used to balance Kapha dosha, one of the three Ayurvedic constitutional types. Kapha masala is typically used to season vegetables, grains, and legumes, and can also be added to soups and stews for flavor. It is often used in traditional Ayurvedic cooking as a way to bring balance and harmony to the body and mind.
