Kapha Vata Diet Plan

Instead, opt for lighter, plant-based sources of protein, such as beans, lentils, and tofu. Limit your intake of sugar, salt, and caffeine, as they can also contribute to Kapha and Vata imbalances. Drink plenty of water and other fluids, but avoid ice-cold drinks, as they can disrupt digestion and increase Vata.
