Pitta Dosha Patanjali

In the Ayurvedic system of medicine, the three doshas (biological energies) are vata, pitta, and kapha. Each person is thought to have a unique balance of the three doshas, which influence their physical and mental characteristics and tendencies. Pitta dosha is associated with fire and water elements and is responsible for digestion, metabolism, and the transformation of substances in the body. It is also associated with intelligence, courage, and ambition. Patanjali was a ancient Indian sage who is traditionally considered the founder of the Yoga school of Hindu philosophy. He is known for his work, the Yoga Sutras, which outlines the principles and practices of Yoga. In the Yoga Sutras, Patanjali discusses the concept of the three doshas, including pitta dosha, as part of his discussion on the nature of the mind and the body and how to bring them into balance.
