People with a Pitta-Kapha body type may be advised to follow a diet and lifestyle that helps to balance the qualities of both doshas, such as eating cooling, moistening foods and avoiding hot, spicy, or dry foods that can increase Pitta, and engaging in regular physical activity to help balance Kapha. It is also important for people with this body type to manage their stress levels and to get sufficient rest and relaxation.
