What To Eat For Kapha Dosha

Choose grains that are light and dry, such as quinoa, millet, and amaranth, and avoid heavy grains like wheat and rice. Incorporate legumes and beans into your diet, such as lentils, chickpeas, and mung beans. Choose lean protein sources like chicken, turkey, and fish, and avoid red meat and dairy products. Limit sweet, salty, and sour foods, and instead focus on foods with a pungent or spicy taste, such as ginger, garlic, and chili peppers. Drink plenty of warm water, and avoid cold drinks and beverages. Exercise regularly to help reduce excess kapha.
